Sandy, the owner, was so patient with us while we waffled on what color and type of carpet we wanted. She stayed with us after the store was closed on more than one occasion. Kevin, her installer, and his team were amazing as well. They kept us updated on timelines, and took their time to get the job done right. Our job ended up taking longer due to pet odors and squeaky floors, and they stayed until almost 9 pm finishing the job. Very good customer service, and very thorough work.
